How much does it cost to use Eventually?

Accepted Answer

Your first event is completely free — no credit card required. After that: Pay Per Event at €9.99 per event (flat, not per ticket, charged only when you publish), or Pro at €29/month for unlimited events plus premium features. You can create unlimited draft events on any plan for free — you only pay when you make an event live. Stripe's payment processing fees are separate, paid to Stripe.

Are there hidden payment method fees?

No. iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, Apple Pay, and SEPA are all included on every plan — Free and Pro — at no extra charge. Some competitors charge an extra €0.70 per iDEAL transaction on top of their base fee. We don't.

What happens if my event is free?

Accepted Answer

Free events have no ticket revenue, so no Stripe processing fees. Our platform fee still applies after your first event: €9.99 per event or €29/month Pro. Your first published event is always free regardless of ticket price. You can also create unlimited draft events at zero cost on any plan.

Do you take a percentage of my revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. Zero commission on ticket revenue — always. Ticket sales go directly to your Stripe account. You pay Eventually a flat fee: €9.99 per event or €29/month Pro. Whether you sell a €10 ticket or a €500 ticket — our fee is the same.

How do I get paid for ticket sales?

Accepted Answer

Through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Funds land in your account as tickets sell — no waiting until after the event. You have full visibility into your balance at all times.

When do I get charged for an event?

Accepted Answer

Only when you click 'Publish.' You can create as many draft events as you want — build your page, configure ticket tiers, preview everything — all for free. The charge (€9.99) happens the moment you make an event live and accessible to the public. If you're on Pro, there's no per-event charge at all.

Question 7

Can I get a refund if I cancel my event?

Accepted Answer

If you unpublish before anyone registers — yes, automatic full refund. Once guests have registered, the platform has already delivered value (hosted your page, sent confirmation emails, collected registrations), so no refund. Once anyone checks in at your event, the event is considered complete — no refund is possible.

Can I build my event page before choosing a plan?

Yes. Draft events are completely free on every plan — there's no limit to how many you can create. Build your full event page, set up ticket tiers, configure check-in, preview everything. You only pay (€9.99) when you click 'Publish' to make it live.

Can I downgrade from Pro to pay-per-event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, you automatically switch to pay-per-event (€9.99 per publish). Your data, guest history, and past events remain fully accessible.

Do all plans include all features?

Accepted Answer

Your first event and Pay Per Event (€9.99/event) include the full toolkit: page builder, Apple & Google Wallet, offline check-in, iDEAL, CRM, discount codes, basic analytics, 500 emails, and AI support — up to 500 attendees. Pro adds: unlimited attendees, unlimited events, custom domain, full API & webhooks, WhatsApp broadcasts, ticket resale, advanced analytics, unlimited emails, your own branding, and human support.
